PRE-CONSTRUCTION / DESIGN PHASE SERVICES – PLANNING FOR EXCELLENCE
We view our residential design services as one of the most important phases of the construction process. Our team works to understand the design intent and make sure we provide contractor input as it relates to budgeting, scheduling, quality and appropriateness to the location and its environment.

RESIDENTIAL/CUSTOM CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
Once the project is moving beyond design phase and we are ready to obtain permits and build, we make sure to keep the owner up-to-date on everything happening with their property.
Clients are provided weekly project updates every Friday via email which details the past week’s productivity and keeps you informed and up-to-date on your project’s progression. This enables our team to answer questions quickly, communicate time sensitive information, and stay on schedule for target date of completion.
