Zack McKee – President

Zack has been with BowerTraust and its affiliate companies since 2010. Before joining the team, Zack has over 10 years of maintenance experience, both in the multi-family housing industry and with MECA Realty. As the President, Zack is responsible for making sure all the vacant and occupied homes are running smoothly, from electrical, to HVAC and plumbing.

When work is over, Zack spends time with his wife and two children.

Preston Wilson – Vice President of Commercial, Business Development

Preston put his 20 plus years of general contracting, building, and unique approach to project management to work when he founded BowerTraust. As the Vice President of Commercial, Business Development, he is involved and committed to achieving success in each project and to the success of each and every small business that he and his team partner with.

In his free time Preston looks forward to spending time with his wife and two children.

Mel Morgan – Owner, Senior VP and Senior Estimator

Mel helped co-found BowerTraust with his previous 35 years of construction experience. Mel  brings a keen instinct for project development which allows him to anticipate the unexpected and propose new ideas to meet each client’s needs.

Mel enjoys hunting and fishing as well as spending time with his wife and two children.

Danny Rushing – VP of Custom Construction and Renovation and Senior Builder

Danny, a graduate of Western Carolina, has been working with BowerTraust and its affiliate companies since 2014 and previously was a Project Manager before he transitioned into his current role, VP of Custom Construction and Renovation. With close to 40 years of experience  from laborer to a small business owner, Danny brings strong work ethic and integrity to the BowerTraust team.

Danny enjoys music, food, travel and spending time with his wife Dee, daughter Mary Beth and son Ross.

Deana Kiser – Senior Vice President, Controller

Deana studied at the Institute of Financial Education in Chicago and has over 12 years in the banking industry. Before coming on-board with BowerTraust’s affiliate company, she was a licensed North Carolina Mortgage Lender. Deana started as an office manager with BowerTraust and its affiliate companies in 2007. Today, she supervises every aspect of the company’s function and assists in maintaining high levels of accountability, integrity, and efficiency.

As a controller, Deana is responsible for guiding the company’s financial decisions and protecting assets. She achieves this by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.

Deana has been married to her high school sweetheart, David for over 25 years. Together they have two daughters and two grand-daughters. When she isn’t at BowerTraust, she enjoys spending time with her family and working on their 21 acre farm.

Linda Adams – VP of Administration

Linda prides herself on 30 years of office administration and customer service experience. She has been with BowerTraust and its affiliate companies since 2007 and is heavily involved with BowerTraust’s sister companies.

She loves spending time with her two children and five grand children.

Sam Kline – Business Development Director for Commercial Construction

Sam Kline is a graduate of West Virginia University and has been with BowerTraust since 2015. As the business development director, Sam is responsible for overseeing commercial projects to ensure a successful outcome for each client. With 11 years of experience as a field engineer and project manager Sam strives to continually exceed his clients goals.

Sam’s hobbies include bike riding, wakeboarding, and snowboarding. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
